Sometimes, if you don’t use your machine regularly, the print heads may dry up. It may be that your cartridge has not run out, it’s simply just dry. We can talk you through processes to check to make sure you don’t waste money! This is one of the many benefits of being an SO Printing Supplies customer.

If you have a machine that has a separate cartridge and print head, ensure you need both before ordering. Your machine will tell you which one needs replacing, but if you're really not sure just get in touch and we'll be happy to help you.
